ENGINEERING CONSIDERATIONS<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Nines Naremburn development site was constrained by the absence of an existing stormwater main connection in the surrounding roads, resulting in a detailed designed and engineered On Site Detention (OSD) tank to capture the stormwater run-off during construction and post-construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initial design brief included a basement carpark designed to accommodate double car spaces for purchasers, in addition to visitor parking spaces. The basement carpark delivered for The Nines Naremburn provides clear unobstructed vehicle access throughout by limiting internal columns.
